Prison Outreach
Serving women in correctional facilities who lack access to adequate hygiene care — because incarceration should never mean a loss of basic human dignity.
JCK Life Changers extends its Sanitary Dignity Drive into South African correctional facilities, supplying sanitary and personal hygiene products to women inmates who lack adequate access to these essential items.
Women in correctional services are among the most overlooked and underserved populations in our society. The challenges of incarceration are compounded for women by the inadequate provision of feminine hygiene products, which are rarely prioritised in correctional budgets. We believe that no woman — regardless of her circumstances — should be without the basic products she needs to maintain her dignity and health.
We work in partnership with correctional facility management to ensure that donated products reach the women who need them. All donations are made through official channels and with the full cooperation of facility authorities.
Beyond products, our JCK Church evangelism teams also conduct outreach visits to correctional facilities — bringing the Word of God, prayer, and spiritual encouragement to incarcerated women. We believe that every person has inherent worth and the potential for restoration.
Christian faith demands that we serve "the least of these" — and those behind prison walls are often the most forgotten. Jesus himself said he came to proclaim freedom for the prisoner (Luke 4:18). We take that mandate seriously. Our prison programme is not charity — it is faithfulness to the Gospel.
We do not ask what a woman did to end up in a correctional facility. We ask only what we can do to show her she is still seen, still valued, and still worthy of care.
We serve women in correctional services through official partnerships with facility management.
Sanitary pads, feminine wash, wipes, and hand sanitiser — basic necessities that correctional budgets rarely cover.
JCK Church evangelism teams also minister inside correctional facilities — bringing hope, prayer, and the love of God.
"Every person has inherent dignity — not because of what they have done, but because of who God made them to be. We serve accordingly."
